- Product management of AnaChem products (Titrator, Physical Value products, UV-VIS). including product lifecycle management, market management, etc.
- Define and implement product strategy and marketing strategy by clearly understanding market demands.
- Explore business growth opportunities, support sales and marketing teams to achieve customer penetration, win market share, and achieve annual sales goals.
- Work with global Strategic Business Unit, Production Organization, sales team, marketing team, channel management team to implement strategy to drive business.
- Provide sales and dealers sales tools and training to understand business strategy, segment priority, product use, differentiation, positioning, pricing, etc.
- Education
- Master degree in Marketing, Science and engineering, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Working experiences
- 5 years working experience in product management, marketing or related field.
- Professional skills
- Self-driven, proactive.
- Strong marketing sense with innovation capability.
- Good communication and coordination ability as well as team work spirit.
- Good oral and written English.
- Experience in multi product management and strategy making is preferred.
