- Troubleshoot and repair all Mettler Toledo products within the Business Group
- Perform system and equipment installations, calibrations and preventative maintenance duties as required
- Ensure customer uptime requirements are met and that PM work at assigned accounts are completed on time
- Complete system configuration and testing prior to delivery
- Provide technical solutions consultant and application support to the customer and the sales force
- Responsible for resolving first line customer complaints and invoicing problems
- Ensure vehicle service and maintenance requirements are met
- All other duties as assigned
- Minimum 2-year college diploma in Engineering/Electronics/Instrumentation Technology and/or Computer Science and experience in a technical support role, technical troubleshooting or technical installation in the industrial electronics technology marketplace is required.
- The ability to lift, transport and place test weights and equipment of up to 20 Kg (testing of equipment may require movement of up to 300Kg in 20 Kg increments).
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
- Willing to work overtime
- Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
