- Responsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field events such as troubleshooting, repair, modification, calibration, verification, etc
- PM / Cal for all level equipment
- Installation of equipment
- Attend to break-fix and customer technical issue
- Attend to customers' technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers' satisfaction
- Interact with customers’ technical teams
- Develop customer's staff by providing technical training.
