- Growing sales by successfully positioning the value of Product Inspection solutions (Metal Detectors, X-Rays, Checkweighers), to customers leading to the successful development of opportunities through to sales.
- Qualify, target, and engage defined High Potential Accounts and market segments to develop the business by aligning with the account’s strategic programs.
- Building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders.
- Effectively manage a sales pipeline, clearly communicating the status and next action required to develop opportunities through to sales.
- Continuously develop personal skills and professionalism through self-analysis to attain a superior level of performance.
- Ability to demonstrate high standards of self-motivation, enthusiasm, dedication, and discipline in pursuit of total quality.
- Bachelor`s degree (technical).
- Experience in selling in industrial sector is an advantage.
- Agile and proactive personality with strong commitment towards prospects, „can do” attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Use of MS Office programs, experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Solid driving skills.
- At least intermediate level of English language knowledge
- Croatian language proficiency is required, as the position covers both the Croatian and Slovenian markets. Knowledge of the Slovenian language will be considered an asset.
