Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive HR digitalization plan and solutions aligned with the company’s HR strategy, ensuring coherence with the overall strategic goals of the organization.
  • Analyze business requirements, provide innovative solutions that address business needs, optimize HR processes, drive the development and transformation of the digital system, introduce digital technologies, and establish an accurate HR data model.
  • Coordinate and manage the implementation of HR system solutions , including both group and local projects, by collaborating with DBS and business departments to ensure smooth progress and seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest technological trends in the digital HR field, conduct research, and introduce new technologies to optimize and upgrade the digital HR system.
  • Design and implement a plan to enhance the digital capabilities of the HR team, improving the professional skills and execution abilities of its members.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in HR, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Experience: Have 5 years or more of experience in HR digitalization projects, preferably with experience in large enterprises or multinational companies. Skilled in at least one HRIS system and related digital tools and technologies.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in both written & oral English.
  • Professional skill:
    • Strong project management skills to lead digitalization projects from start to finish, ensuring all goals are met on time. Proficient in creating detailed project plans and resource allocation while monitoring progress. Experienced in risk management, able to identify and address potential issues early to keep projects on track. Workday implementation experience preferred.
    • Display strong business acumen and the ability to translate business requirements into effective digital strategies.
    • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Exhibit outstanding problem-solving capabilities and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth in the field of HR digitalization.
