- Accurate maintenance of service records and regular reporting of the status of service orders.
- Participation in national and international service trainings.
- Taking care of customer satisfaction in accordance with the high standards of our company.
- Representing the company in the best possible way and building long-term relationships with customers.
- Close cooperation with other departments of the company, including the sales team, administration and other service engineers.
- Technical education.
- Technical skills in areas such as automation, robotics, electronics, telecommunications, and computer science.
- Good knowledge of English, Slovenian language is a benefit.
- Experience in repairing electronic devices.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams.
- Independence, creativity, initiative in action and good organization of work.
- A systematic approach to problem solving.
- Availability for frequent travel (4 days per week on average).
- Category B driving license.
