Molding Process Engineer

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Develop molding processes and parameters for new and improved products to maximize quality and production.

Works with design engineers, tool makers, Senior Project Engineer or Engineering Project Manager to develop new tooling specifications and schedules.

Implements functional, cost-effective tool and molding Process

Develop and maintain molding process parameter records.

Proactively look for and recommend process improvements.

Work closely with the Engineering & Operations Teams to solve complex problems and recommend improvements.

Assist Maintain molding machines, molds and processing area in a safe, clean and orderly condition.

What You Need to Succeed

Associate's degree in a relevant field plus 10 years related experience in an injection molding environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Oral/Written Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification. Writes clearly and informatively; presents numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written information

Quality – Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; monitors own work to ensure quality; demonstrates commitment and supports the Company’s Quality Management System.
