Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and sales.
  • Lead product management activities including product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and feature definition for a diverse portfolio including pipettes, tips, pipetteX software, cell counters, and more.
  • Define and execute service strategies to improve customer experience and support revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, R&D, service teams, other lab teams and stakeholders (SBU) to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, events, and communications.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing content, product documentation, and service materials.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, product performance, and service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation across marketing, product, and service activities.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Education
    • Master's degree in life science including but not limited to Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Genetics, Biotechnology; MBA preferred.
  • Working years
    • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and product management, ideally in scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, or related industries.
    • Over 2 years of team management experience.
  • Professional skills
    • Strong English communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and communication with international colleagues.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage both marketing and product/service strategies effectively.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
