- Complete daily work from a production schedule utilizing blueprints, standard work, and work instructions
- Accurately enter data into the MRP (e.g. SAP) system and ensure that inventory is accurately stated
- Maintain quality throughout the process
- Conduct daily preventative maintenance on machinery
- Maintain stock control, pull items for orders, work in other departments, and complete other related duties as required to fulfill customer orders
- Actively participate in facility 5S and Lean initiatives
- Operate fork trucks and cranes while performing daily activities safely
- Identify and implement safety improvements
- Experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment
- Ability to setup and operate saws, brakes, shears, and other machining equipment (jib, Plasma CNC machine and Press brake)
- Ability to read and interpret standard blueprints and other engineered documentation
- Ability to work effectively with torches, cutters, staplers, hand/pneumatic tools, and hand tools (hammers, torque wrench, crow bars, etc.)
- Ability to safely operate Jib and overhead cranes and safely operate a forklift
- Ability to perform quality inspections on own work and the work of others based on set expectations
- Ability to understand fractions, decimals, and measurement techniques
- Ability to work overtime when required (some on weekends)
- Highschool Diploma or GED required
