- Act as a liaison between different entities and ensure smooth communication,
- Organize the exchange with our global market organizations,
- Manage the Process Analytics division’s video assets. This includes writing scripts, producing short videos with support and identifying ways to optimize the video promotion strategy,
- Gather best practices, identifying potential for global activities, and suggesting ways to improve processes,
- Manage the SharePoint (Fotoware) platform to ensure all marketing materials are easily accessible to global teams,
- Support various ad hoc marketing and communication tasks, including public relations, community engagement, and collaboration with channel partners,
- Develop campaign assets (e.g., social media carousel, infographics) and assist in the roll-out of third-party campaigns,
- Support the content strategy and planning process.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role,
- Fluency in English (min. C1),
- Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment,
- Proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving with the ability to maintain focus,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Strong organizational and presentation skills,
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint,
- Experience with YouTube, Fotoware, and Canva Pro is a plus.
