Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Warehouse Operations group receives and inspects product, maintains stock control, picks product and parts for specific customer orders, consolidates and packs deliveries, and completes shipment transactions. • Own operational performance metrics (productivity, quality, on-time shipment, damages, inventory adjustments); analyze trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain standards and compliance: ensure adherence to SOPs, scan compliance, shipping requirements, and handling of regulated materials (if applicable).
  • Use discretion and independent judgment to resolve operational issues, remove barriers, and implement process improvements with measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with HR on performance management, investigations, and corrective action; make recommendations and/or decisions regarding hiring, promotion, discipline, and termination consistent with Company practices.
