Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Intern to join our IT team. This internship provides hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, allowing you to learn about IT service management and business process automation.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform.
- Participate in developing and testing new ServiceNow features.
- Support the IT team in maintaining ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Document processes and assist with user training materials.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT service management concepts.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platforms or similar ITSM tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
