- Install, manage, and support a global enterprise Messaging and Directory Services infrastructure, including Microsoft Active Directory, Entra (Azure AD), Entra Connect Sync, ADLDS, Purview, Exchange, and Exchange Online,
- Provide professional operational support by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Messaging and Directory Services,
- Support multi-domain directory services environments based on Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and newer versions,
- Handle Level 2 and Level 3 escalation support for incidents related to messaging, directory services, and Microsoft 365,
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests using the central ticketing system (ServiceNow),
- Assist in planning and implementing changes, projects, and system upgrades,
- Coordinate with application operations teams to plan and execute updates and processes within your responsibility area,
- Collaborate closely with other infrastructure teams, including Datacenter, Network, Telecom, Security, and Digital Workplace teams,
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of messaging and directory services for both on-premises datacenters and cloud environments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems (or a related field), or equivalent experience,
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken),
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 services covering Entra (Azure AD), Exchange Online, and Purview,
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with on-premise Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange,
- At least 2 years of experience working with email security gateways, such as Cisco Secure Email Gateway,
- Experience with Mobile Device Management in enterprise environment,
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Teams,
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate certification is preferred.
