- Assistance in entering customer orders accurately and efficiently into the system,
- Processing pre-authorization of credit card charges,
- Providing support for Customers by emails and phone to all inquiries in the areas of pricing, product availability, basic product specifications, complaints, parts identification, order status and sales leads,
- Work closely with our sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment,
- Backup for on-line order distribution (partnershop),
- Process Quotes, goods return and credits.
- Proficient English skills (speaking and writing),
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail,
- Problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of the US market and/or previous experience in Customer Service/Administrative roles,
- SAP knowledge.
