Key Responsibility
Prospect and generate new leads
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
Regularly conduct seminars, product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and prospects
Develop sales proposals and negotiate contracts
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Meet or exceed weekly sales activities targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Monitor industry trends and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams
Attend trade shows and industry events to network and generate leads
Qualifications:
Proven track record of sales success in the industrial weighing industry, with a focus on cross-selling and building long-term relationships
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a sales team
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Strong desire and motivation to excel in the assigned market segment and proactively explore avenues for growth
