If you have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, this might be the job for you. The position requires a significant amount of expertise as it relates to a wide variety of issues ranging from PC networking, operating systems, mobile devices and security. A qualified candidate will support the ability to connect users to the data they require to do their jobs, regardless of the devices used.
Here are the duties and responsibilities for this position:
- Configures desktop, laptops and other mobile devices according to corporate requirements and supports internal and/or external networks
- Develops and maintains all operation systems, applications, security, network configurations, and printers on client and server devices.
- Troubleshoots device hardware and network connectivity issues
- Supports and configures telephony equipment (client side)
- Supports users by helping with orientation and first time use and reissue credentials
- Provides resolution for escalated service tickets
- Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar preferred
- 3 years related experience
- Experience with computerized office systems and software (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Excel)
- CompTIA A+ preferred
- Microsoft MTA: Windows Operating System Fundamentals or equivalent preferred

This position is for a New Jersey unit of Mettler-Toledo named Troemner. We are located about 15 miles from Philadelphia in Thorofare, NJ. Mettler-Toledo acquired Troemner in 2016. Since 1840, Troemner has long legacy of excellence to offer our employees and customers. Our weights are manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility using the finest materials and equipment available. We provide unmatched measurements and metrological analysis. In addition to weights and calibration services, we also manufacture a full line of laboratory equipment including shakers, hotplates, and vortex mixers.
