As a Junior Video Editor, you’ll play a crucial role in creating compelling video content. You’ll work closely with our creative team to edit raw footage, add effects, and enhance videos for various platforms. Responsibilities:
- Editing: Assemble raw footage, cut and connect clips, and create cohesive videos.
- Sound and Graphics: Add appropriate sound effects, music, and graphics to enhance videos.
- Quality Control: Review finished products to catch mistakes before submission.
- Collaboration: Work closely with directors and other team members to align with the overall vision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and basic knowledge of After Effects.
- Creativity: Contribute ideas to improve video quality and storytelling.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure lighting, coloring, and overall quality meet standards.
- Organization: Manage files, organize footage, and maintain an efficient workflow.
- Education: A degree or diploma in film production, multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience: Some experience in video editing or related roles (internships or freelance work).
