- Support the establishment of an exchange platform with the Trade Compliance counterparts in the different regions.
- Support overall Trade Compliance program.
- Export Compliance
- Daily verification of blocked business partners and transactions (Denied party screening).
- Support Export Compliance Authorizations and related tasks.
- Support Administration of Product Assessments.
- Create various reports.
- Assist in developing, maintaining and updating of export control compliance policies and procedures securing global company governance program.
- Customs Compliance
- Tariff classification for new products according to appropriate regulations incl. coordination with our Business Partners and customs brokers.
- Maintenance of HTS changes during the year.
- Data alignment with other units/ regions (HTS code and Country of Origin).
- First professional experience in international business (cross-boarder, trade relations, logistics).
- Excellent English skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel - intermediate).
- Meticulousness and analytical skills.
- Customer orientation and great communication skills.
