- Maximize the effectiveness of direct field sales force by producing a high quality value add and working as a team towards agreed targets
- Provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded in an efficient, professional and timely manner
- Expedite lead to order conversion time and rates by increased customer touches and through providing high quality and timely solution to customer enquiries
- Prospecting of selected customers via tele call and emails
- Handle sales of products via phone and electronic media to a defined list of dedicated target accounts
- Provide high quality service for Incoming calls from customers and prospects related to Leads, quotes or orders
- Leads registration, qualification and distribution
- Selected quote creation, follow-up, revision and closing
- Nurturing of high-value leads and high-potential dormant customers
- Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads
- Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas
- Customer prospecting by on demand leads generation
- Updates job knowledge by studying new customer solutions
- Generating cross leads to other divisions
- To sell consumables and small quotes follow-up on selected accounts via phone and electronic media
- Demonstrate customer benefits by understanding and providing simple technical solution to customer requirements.
- Able to resolve basic product problems faced by the customers

- Deliver a top quality experience from leads to delivery stage
- Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating benefits and operational improvements.

- Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our SalesForce.com (CRM) system.
