Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
• Manage the service renewal process for existing service customers from sending service reminders, confirmation of service requirements, generation of quotations and ensuring receipt of customer purchase order.
• Work closely with service customers by email and phone, as well as internal stakeholders including sales and service schedulers to meet customer's requirements.
• Answer basic questions about service plans.
• Prepare and review monthly reports with internal stakeholders
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual service renewal targets
Customer focus, detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to interface with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft applications.
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• Technical or Customer Service experience preferred.
