Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Attending installation / break-down/PMVs for Industrial products.
Achieving given RT/TAT/DT
Good technical knowledge of Compliance
To generate business on VAS products like ACC/MCL/GWP/Trainings, etc.
Cross lead / spares business
Regular Customer visits to create good repo. and add on new business opportunities
Ensuring contract and warranty renewals with the help of service salesperson and contract admin team
Expected Key Deliverable: Timely PM/Response time /Installation in time/service revenue to be achieved/customer satisfaction/other service Kpi's

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications and Technical Skills: Diploma or B.E. in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical with min. 2 to 3 yrs. Experience in the same field.
