Inside Sales Coordinator

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Join us as an Inside Sales Coordinator and energise our field sales team to exceed revenue targets. You will manage all inbound enquiries—including leads, quotes, and post-sale support—while nurturing high-value and dormant customers via phone and email. You'll qualify and convert prospects, research clients, identify cross-selling opportunities across our full product range, and oversee the sales pipeline with weekly reports and proactive follow-ups. 

To Summarise:
  • Support Field Sales in revenue growth via quotes, pipeline, calls, qualification, and appointments.
  • Manage outbound calls and maintain CRM records.
  • Deliver qualified leads for quotations.
  • Prepare overdue opportunity reports in CRM.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and complete.
  • Identify cross-divisional sales opportunities.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Motivated, proactive, enthusiastic team player
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Extensive experience in administrative roles
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and targets
  • Skilled in telephony environments
  • Customer-focused with sales to needs approach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills
  • Good IT skills and telephone system knowledge
  • Experience with CRM/SAP systems preferred
