Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Join our team to play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient process for receiving and shipping pipettes to and from our customers at the Pipettes Service Centre (PSC) lab.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive pipettes from customers at the warehouse, accurately identify the work required, and complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Book jobs onto the SAP system to ensure customers receive accurate and timely invoices.
  • Ensure all pipettes are stored correctly within the PSC to maintain organisation and efficiency.
  • Once the Technicians have completed their work, ensure the pipettes are shipped back to customers with all necessary paperwork completed on SAP.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Strong attention to detail: Essential for accurate tracking, inventory management, and documentation to prevent errors and maintain quality.
  • Customer Focused: Prioritising customer needs with prompt, clear communication to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • IT Literacy: Required for efficient use of inventory, order tracking, scheduling, and communication systems.
  • Understanding of a lab environment preferable: Helps handle pipettes correctly, comply with protocols, and communicate effectively with lab staff.
