Join Our Team as an Inside Sales Service Coordinator!

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving sales success? We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Service Coordinator to proactively support our field sales team, helping them boost efficiency and exceed revenue targets.

  • Support Field Sales Reps in generating sales revenue, including low-value quoting for existing customers.
  • Manage and proactively maintain the sales pipeline through outbound calls and CRM updates.
  • Qualify leads, generate and manage sales opportunities and quotes.
  • Handle inbound enquiries via calls and emails for Product & Field (P & F) accounts.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, managing quotations, spare parts, and post-sale queries.
  • Identify cross-divisional sales opportunities through customer analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on overdue opportunities and sales activities.
  • Achieve revenue targets for spare part sales within designated business units.
  • Effectively handle customer objections, escalations, and complaints.



What You Need to Succeed

  • Motivated, proactive and enthusiastic team player.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiating and listening.
  • Experience working with KPIs and meeting targets.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to sell to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in a telephony environment and handling fast-paced, dynamic work.
  • Strong organisational skills including effective time management.
  • Experience using CRM systems (SAP experience desirable).
  • Good IT knowledge and data entry/analysis skills.
  • Willingness and ability to learn about products and services.
