- Serve as the primary point of contact for the business that addresses unique business requirements, including production facilities and R&D environments,
- Design, test and develop enterprise-wide networking infrastructure across LAN, WAN, WLAN, security, and supporting systems such as DNS, IPAM, and AAA,
- Enforce network security policies, firewall rulesets, and secure remote access protocols in collaboration with Cybersecurity teams to safeguard organizational assets,
- Collaborate with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) to maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, security, and supporting systems such as DNS, IPAM, and AAA across all global regions,
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the designated technical scope, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing configuration, updating High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD), and providing expert consultancy to MSP and internal teams,
- Define, streamline, and optimize operational processes in partnership with MSP, the ServiceNow team, and other internal IT groups to enhance efficiency and service quality,
- Lead automation efforts using tools such as Python, Ansible, and Terraform to implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices and improve operational consistency.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale network and security planning, including Cisco routing/switching and enterprise-grade security solutions (preferably Fortinet),
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken),
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems (or a related field), or equivalent experience,
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, STP, DNS, OSPF, and BGP, along with hands-on experience with Cisco products including Catalyst and Nexus switches, routers, and ISE,
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise network problems including SD-WAN/IPSec performance, Certificate management, WIFI quality, etc,
- Solid understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, web application security (OWASP Top 10), and DNS standard,
- Minimum either Cisco CCNP or equivalent knowledge.
- SD-WAN deployment and performance troubleshooting experience,
- WAF implementations experience – proven record track in in tuning WAF policies, creating custom rules, and mitigating false positives with popular products (i.e. Fortinet),
- Experience with hybrid DNS environments (on-premises and cloud integration).
