Calibration Technician - - 21609

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As our Calibration Technician, you will test, calibrate, and repair all classes, types, and sizes of weights for conformance to established standards using complex methods with exacting tolerances. Additional responsibilities will include:

Working from production orders, verbal instructions, and written procedures to inspect, clean, adjust, and calibrate weights to specific class specifications.
Using precision balances and weight standards to bring individual weights and sets within allowable tolerances.
Cleaning, polishing, grinding, filling, or adding materials to adjust weights and sets for calibration.
Using hand tools and computer programs to arrive at readings for weights and sets.
Other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed

High school diploma or GED.
1+ years related experience with weight calibration.
Experience with SAP CRM is helpful.
Knowledge of metrology is a huge plus.
Ability to work M-F 7am-3:30pm in Thorofare, NJ.
