Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

End-to-end ownership of month-end close for assigned entities
Balance sheet integrity, reconciliation review, and open item clearance
Audit coordination (PBC management, SOX/compliance alignment)
Stakeholder management with finance teams
Driving process improvements and standardization initiatives

What You Need to Succeed

5–10 years of experience in GL / R2R
Strong ownership of month-end close
Deep experience in balance sheet reconciliation
Exposure to audit / SOX / GAAP frameworks
Hands-on SAP / ERP experience
Prior team handling (minimum 2–3 members)
