• R&D teams management (30%)
- Responsible for competence building of 3 R&D teams, including SW team, DSP team and Smart Sensor team. Lead the 3 teams continue to grow in terms of professional skills and technical innovation.
- Responsible for people recruitment, management, and coaching, as well as objective setting/evaluation. Make close communication with team members, including company policy's delivery and interpretation.
- Lead the deployment and practice of company strategy in R&D, and consequently bringing solid and consistent delivery.
• Excellent project delivery and R&D productivity (50%)
- Responsible for new product's agile development, Pre-study and MOL projects, to achieve excellent result.
- Responsible for software and algorithm design of weighing sensor, instrument and system, and make joint-development and support with global platform teams
- Study and evaluate new techniques, and output technical feasibility study report
- Create, prove and introduce innovative idea according to market requirement, and apply the patent protection if possible
- Responsible for the existing product maintenance, mainly about internal and external customer technical support
- Continuously track and analyze technical tread in global weighing area, and output competitive analysis report
- As key role, actively participate in company’s Business Agility initiatives to ensure continuous customer value creation.
• Cross-unit cooperation (20%)
- Actively participate in company’s strategic projects to enhance ‘China Growth and Global impact’.
- As weighing partner, around customer centricity, keep close cooperation with internal customers.
- E2E collaboration with other R&D teams and Ops/SCM/Quality/Finance/HR to better support IC customers.
