- Support change management initiatives by assisting with stakeholder alignment and helping to address resistance,

- Assist in coaching and supporting leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams to build Agile/SAFe skills and practices,

- Assist in facilitating, coordinating, and delivering scaled Agile activities such as Program Increment (PI) planning, dependency tracking, and risk identification,
- Help identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress and support Product Owners and Product Management with backlog management at both team and Agile Release Train (ART) levels💡,
- Collect and report key performance indicators and metrics to monitor delivery and transformation progress at team and Agile Release Train (ART) levels,
- Support effective management of priorities and resources to aid ongoing transformation efforts and maintain team engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Change Management,
- Over 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach📌,
- Minimum 1 year of experience in change management,
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Agile/SAFe and/or Scrum/Kanban methodologies,
- Fluent English, both written and spoken (min. C1),
- Good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Experience working in international projects within large, matrixed organizations?,
- Proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and hands-on approach.
- Experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE),
- SAFe /PSM/CSM certification,
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn about SAP implementation, release management, and cutover processes.
