- Gérer tous les appels sortants, activités et transactions de vente dans le CRM au quotidien.
- Assurer l'intégrité de la base de données en validant et corrigeant les données contenues dans notre CRM, ainsi que dans les bases de données de ventes et de services, à chaque occasion possible.

- Deux à trois ans d'expérience en ventes ou marketing, avec expérience en centre d'appels sortants.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
- La personne doit être bilingue en français et en anglaise (Exigence de langue anglaise en raison du service aux clients anglais, de la nécessité de communiquer avec le siège social, le support produit et technique (y compris de nos partenaires fournisseurs), du poste s’étendant dans des territoires à l’extérieur du Québec et des évaluations de formation et de formation suivies / complétées à l’extérieur du Canada)

- Develop a high level of technical expertise in regard to the applicable business area’s service offerings.
- Meet and exceed agreed upon objectives including but not limited to sales revenue, productivity, and quote conversion rate
- Effective nurturing of leads; building relationships by conducting ongoing, informative dialog that helps qualified prospects who are not yet sales ready.
- Proactively employing professional selling skills in the pursuit of new service business and accurately managing and recording data generated from these efforts.
- Manage all outbound calls, activities, and sales transactions in CRM on a daily basis.
- Assure database integrity by validating and correcting the data housed within our CRM, sales, and service databases at every practical opportunity.
- Assist manager and senior management by providing monthly updates about recurring business issues that require a proactive approach
- Provide complete solutions and collaborate with the field when necessary, for service inquiries.
- Continuously communicate with other teams to improve our service processes and constantly promote cross team collaboration.

- Two to three years of experience in sales or marketing, with outbound call center experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be a bilingual in French and English. (English language requirement due to servicing English customers, the need to communicate with the head office, product and technical support (including from our vendor partners), the position extending into territories outside of Quebec, and training and training assessments being attended / completed outside of Canada)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong capability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Application/Technical Support, and Service teams.
- Must establish and maintain open, professional, and efficient communication with all customers, both internal and external.
- Knowledge of MT products is a plus.
