- Responsible for hardware requirement analysis, solution design, component selection, schematic design, PCB design guidance, debugging, testing, and issue resolution.
- Introduce and apply new technologies and processes during new product development to improve product performance, reliability, and manufacturability
- In accordance with the PLM product development process to ensure the product design meets cost requirements and deliver the design solution on schedule with high quality.
- Cooperate with project leaders, mechanical, software, testing, production, and other engineers to implement product development, validation, introduction, and mass production.
- Responsible for the legacy product maintenance, continuously improving the quality, performance, and reliability based on the market requirements.
- Evaluate new technologies and processes for weighing terminal products and conduct technical pre-study to support new product development.
- Bachelor or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Communication Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of hardware design and development experience, Familiar with ARM processors, high-frequency circuits, and analog circuit design, can independently complete hardware design work.
- Good skills in EDA software, such as Mentor, PADs, AD，Familiar with EMC design, safety design requirements, Ex design experience is a plus
- Proficient in using professional instruments such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Good ability to read and write English technical documents,with basic spoken English communication skills
- Excellent team spirit and hardworking attitude
- Experience in industrial instrumentation product research and development is preferred.
