- Lead the introduction, application and adherence to Data Governance concepts and behaviours across data and analytics solutions, ensuring we are meeting business needs while balancing quality, risk and cost
- Ensure the local implementation of the Group Data Governance Privacy Program
- Work closely with the Data Processing Activity Owner (unit level) and Legal and Privacy Teams (Group)
- Build the community of local data representatives with data governance topics
- Follow-up the deployment of local roles and responsibilities working on data documentation, data quality, data compliance as well as data access management
- Follow-up the enforcement of local data governance and data quality standards
- You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering (environmental, industrial or equivalent)
- You have several years of work experience in developing and implementing data quality and data governance (ISO/IEC 27001 is an advantage)
- Furthermore, you have an analytical mindset with an independent and solution-oriented approach, work in a structured and organized manner and are a team player with good communication and project management skills
- You are fluent in English and German
- You are open for international travel depending on business needs (approx. 10%)
