- Focus on accounts with high growth potential in short to medium term period (Penetrate Account) and large existing customer (Farming accounts)
- Sell Industrial Vehicle Scales product (www.mt.com/industrial) by face to face, via phone, and electronic media
- Project planning stakeholder analysis, as well as recognize and engage project team members to support customer’ s project lifecycle.
- Do consultative and value selling, educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations.
- Meet sales target and KPIs setting
- Updates improve and increase accurate data in CRM
- Visit customers, traveling
- Conduct training for customers
- Troubleshooting and help customer solve issues with products or applications if needed
- Ensure conformance with corporate guidelines
- Education: Bachelor’s in engineering (Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical)
- Have B2B project sales experience. Ability to submit sales proposals and sales bids, as well as work experience in EPC or Turnkey project is a plus.
- English: be able to read and speak
- Computer skills: Ms. Office
- Experience: 2 – 4 years in technical sales are in advantage and at least 1-year work experiences in industrial field
