- Management of inbound requests (i.e. calls, emails) from key customers related to Leads and Opportunities/Quotes.
- Leads registration, qualification and distribution
- Nurturing of high-value leads and high-potential dormant customers either by phone or email
- Management of selected opportunities, follow-up & revision. Quote creation
- Support the Field sales representative during the Proactive Penetration of P&F accounts
- Qualifying, initial contact, prospect calls
- Researching and analysing prospects and customers
- Setting up appointments
- Inside sales covers the full product portfolio of PRO division.
- Phone and electronic media (e-mails, e-meeting, webinar)
- Identify cross selling opportunities for products and services.
- To sell consumables and small quotes follow-up on selected accounts via phone and electronic media
- Demonstrate customer benefits by understanding and providing simple technical solution to customer requirements.
- Able to resolve basic product problems faced by the customers.
- Advocate key MT values across to customers.
- Deliver a top-quality experience from leads to delivery stage
- Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating benefits and operational improvements.
- Establish long term relationship with potential customer through deep engagement.
- Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our system(SAP)
- Chemical, Bio Science or Engineering background with relevant area.
- Understanding of sales & distribution with basic project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability.
- Microsoft (PPT, Excel, Word), ERP (SAP) experienced
- Mid-level of English(Reading, Writing, Speaking
