Junior Marketing Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Marketing Team of the Laboratory Division is in charge of planning, creating and executing worldwide marketing and sales support activities in cooperation with our business units and sales organizations. 
If you are a team player and you are able to deal with a multitude of dependencies and stakeholders, join our team! 

Your tasks: 
  • Drive the creation and execution of campaigns in multiple channels, such as social media, email, etc., in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. 🚀
  • Project manage our Global eNewsletter and support various brand awareness projects, incl. video productions and podcast. 📧
  • Analyze activities’ results and identify opportunities to support brand awareness and audience growth. 📈
  • Organization of trainings and meetings for the Laboratory Division Marketing; coordination and preparation of support materials. 🎓
  • Support the team with projects and tasks on an ad-hoc basis. 🚨

What You Need to Succeed

  • Previous experience in marketing,
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,
  • Proficiency in MS Office package,
  • Excellent communication skills, being able to express yourself clearly, especially in writing,
  • Organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail and self-motivation,
  • Customer-orientation attitude.
This will be your additional asset: 
  • Experience with working with digital marketing tools, such as CMS platforms, email, paid and organic social media,
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar area.
