Maintenance Technician

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The MTWT Maintenance department handles all aspects of equipment and facility upkeep, including installation, preventative maintenance, improvements, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, part specification, and data maintenance. These activities aim to optimize cash flow and profitability, thereby increasing shareholder value. 

  • Construct, install, PM and repair various maintenance related items throughout the facility. 
  • Understand and improve equipment and preventative maintenance measures. 
  • Complete all preventative maintenance responsibilities on schedule. 
  • Reorganization and rearrangement of the facility. 
  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair. Installation, setup, and repair of equipment and facility items. 
  • Actively maintain an organized inventory (sourcing parts, minimizing on-hand

What You Need to Succeed

  • High School Diploma required 
  • Associate Degree in a related field or Trade School diploma is preferred. 
  • Or Minimum of 3 years of maintenance technician or related experience is required 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems 
  • Knowledge of basic building and ground components related to all types of the maintenance system
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a "can do" attitude
