Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As an Accounting Assistant, you will be supporting the Accounts Receivable Team in daily accounting duties and month-end closing activities of various reporting units.
Your role:
* Contacting customers regarding the settlement of overdue receivables (via email).
* Attaching emails in SAP system 💻.
* Checking if the customer’s orders have been released.
* Clearing customers' accounts and solving problems.
* Processing emails on generic mailboxes 📧.
* Daily contact with different business areas.
- Very good knowledge of German (B2) and English (C1) 🌍.
- MS Office skills.
- Availability for at least 20h/week.
- Eligibility to work in Poland.
Nice to have:
- Other language skills.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) for 6 months 📝.
- Part-time job.
- Hybrid work model 🏡.
- Flexible working hours (Mon - Fri)
- Possibility to gain a first experience in finance and combine it with studies.
