• Design and develop interactive workflows on the AR/3D platform tailored for service and sales teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure workflows meet the needs of users
• Test and validate workflows for usability and effectiveness, incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
• Provide training and support materials to facilitate the adoption of workflows among service and sales personnel in cooperation of the trainers.
• Continuously update workflows based on user and expert feedback and evolving product offerings

• Support the integration of new technologies and methodologies into the training process to enhance learning outcomes.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital learning and training technologies.

• Bachelors (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering
• Experience in digitalization, digital gamification or related experience would be a plus
• Experience in video editing, gaming creation.
• Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and tools like Blender v4.2, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
• Customer orientation and ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in learning new skills and competencies.
