Role
- Lead creation
- Account creation and contact entry
- Follow Up with customer for invoices/statement of accounts/purchase orders
ShiftTimings
- 9.00 am to 6.00 pm or
- 2.00 pm to 11.00 pm or
- 5.30 pm to 2.30 am (Monday to Friday) with overtime requirement
Educational Qualification
- Commerce graduate or post graduate with first class grade
Technical Skills
- Up to 1 year work experience in back office process
- SAP CRM knowledge preferable
- Shared service background will be an advantage
