Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, while collaborating with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment workflow, and maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • To use social media, job boards, internet sourcing and other technical means to source candidates for job openings and future talent needs.
  • To promote internal employee referral program by encouraging internal employees to refer friends to the organization.
  • To participate in recruitment events both public and in-campus.
  • To ensure that the internal service level agreement in relation to the new. headcount request, interview arrangement, offer process is met at all times.
  • To work with assigned job boards to maximize the return of investment i.e. talent/pipeline pool, enhance market visibility.
  • Responsible to build rapport with all levels of hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood.
  • Educate and support hiring managers to improve on identification of candidates, interviewing skills and candidate evaluation criteria and competencies.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are carried out in a professional, structured and consistent manner across the business and ensure governance is adhered.
  • Monitor success (response, success rates, cost of hire etc) to ensure recruitment goals are being met in a cost effective/timely manner.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience, with talent sourcing expertise in-house environment.
  • Proficient in both Basic & Advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, Custom Search Engines, Social Media etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills and networking skills.
  • Open minded, flexible and resilient
  • Positive attitude and mindset
  • Ability to work on different topics simultaneously
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced recruitment environment
  • Proactive and innovative mindset, with a strategic approach to talent acquisition
  • Passionate about HR and drives for pragmatic solutions
  • Has good verbal and written communication skills
  • Has good English language skills (written and spoken)
