Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • New Process Research and Development
    • Responsible for research on product manufacturing processes, maintaining close communication with the UK to learn from foreign production experience, aligning highly with overseas processes, quality, and production lines, and continuously improving them;
    • Explore opportunities for automation, digitization, and informatization throughout the entire production process, developing new processes using new technologies such as robotics, AGV, vision, and AI to enhance efficiency and quality, and assist in the implementation of intelligent manufacturing.
    • Conduct process validation and sample evaluation for substitute materials, implement localization and dual sourcing projects to enhance supply chain resilience.
  • New Product Transfer
    • Responsible for learning, transforming, and training on new product technology and process technology.
    • Responsible for process transfer or development for new products, including process documentation development, equipment development, tooling development, and tools development.
    • Identify technical transformation projects for new product adaptation, evaluate technical transformation cycles and investment budgets.
    • Prepare new product trial production plans, organize and manage trial production activities, manage process validation issues and follow up on closure.
    • Provide technical training and skills appraisal for production line employees.
    • Responsible for creation or maintenance of data in SAP, MDG, and LMES systems, such as process routes and production orders.
  • Application Technology Learning and Problem Analysis
    • Responsible for learning the application scenarios of metal detectors at client sites, such as product model matching, precision matching, anti-interference capability matching, etc.
    • Responsible for analysis, tracking, and closure of client issues.
  • Process Management and Online Service
    • Responsible for creation or maintenance of data in SAP, such as process routes, order releases, material releases, etc.
    • Responsible for handling batch or serious quality issues originating from production lines and clients.


What You Need to Succeed

  • A bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, materials science or related majors.
  • More than 5 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer.
  • Have a spirit of exploration, sufficient internal drive and work resilience.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficient in communicating with people from different countries, different cultures and different functional departments.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of independently organizing and managing work seminars.
  • Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
