- Provides pre-sales and after-sales technical support.
- Supports the field sales team in finding and pursuing new opportunities to introduce our products to our key industries.
- Acts as technical support contact for customers, handling troubleshooting, investigating issues, and coordinating technical solutions.
- Onsite commissioning and training for customers.
- Develop, review and fulfill project acceptance requirement before handover to the customer.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry is preferable.
- Experience in technical support for 1-3 years in in-line process analytical instruments in liquid and gas analytics are preferable.
- Technical knowledge in electrical or instrument communication protocol, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, service-minded and enthusiastic character.
- High discipline, responsibilities and can work under pressure.
- Good command in English, good presentation skills and critical thinking will be highly preferred.
- Able to use computers, especially MS Office, SAP system is an advantage.
- Able to periodically travel and stay both upcountry and oversea.
- Own transportation with a valid driving license.
