We are looking for a motivated and skilled Field Sales Specialist to join our Product Inspection (PI) team, based in the southeast of the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a solid background in the Food and Pharma sectors, ideally with experience in product inspection equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of a broad range of products and services tailored specifically for Food and Pharma manufacturers.
- Understand customer needs to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
- Support product adoption across various manufacturing applications.
- Build and maintain long-term, high-value, profitable customer accounts.
- Apply strong sales techniques to develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify and manage high-quality sales opportunities collaboratively, making full use of available resources.

- Sales or business development experiance, preferably within the food and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Strong knowledge of food and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, with the capability to clearly communicate value propositions.
- Demonstrated ability to engage customers, identify their challenges, and offer effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on relationship building and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, showing initiative and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in creating sales strategies or playbooks is an advantage.
