Associate Supply Chain/SAP Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Supply Chain Analyst I to fulfill a combined role encompassing responsibilities of both SAP Super User and a Manufacturing Change Order (MCO) Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Analyst Team Lead, this role involves driving the execution of the SAP Super User strategy by training power users, leading Business Validation Testing (BVT) training and testing activities, and acting as a primary service owner for SAP operational support. 

As the MCO Coordinator, you will manage the manufacturing change order process, coordinating changes to processes, materials, equipment, or documentation. You will work closely with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient execution, track change statuses, maintain records, communicate updates, and resolve issues to minimize production disruptions. 

Additionally, the role will assist and support supply chain analytic activities by helping collect data related to procurement, inventory, demand forecasting, and logistics. It will also provide support for Buy Made in China (BMIC) master data management and supply chain transition project. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Ensuring execution of the SAP Super User strategy by training and onboarding power users across functional departments, while actively expanding and evolving the strategy to increase user engagement and system effectiveness. 
  • Providing monthly reports out of SAP changes & updates to stakeholders. 
  • Acting as a primary service owner for SAP operational support, troubleshooting, and issue escalation. 
  • Leading and coordinating Business Validation Testing (BVT) training and testing activities to validate operational SAP processes. 
  • Coordinating the initiation and implementation of changes related to manufacturing processes, materials, equipment, or documentation. 
  • Tracking and helping process manufacturing change orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication among stakeholders. 
  • Collaborating closely with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturing changes are executed efficiently, minimizing disruption to production schedules. 
  • Maintaining accurate MCO task records of changes, communicating updates to relevant stakeholders, and resolving issues that arise during the change process.
  • Assisting in data collection, analysis, and reporting related to procurement, inventory levels, demand forecasts, and logistics performance. 
  • Providing support for Buy Made in China (BMIC) master data management activities.

What You Need to Succeed

  • A bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or engineering is preferred; equivalent work experience in operations will also qualify. 
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. 
  • SAP experience is required. 
  • Knowledge of MCOs and ECOs. 
  • Ability to work full onsite at our Billerica, MA location.
