Für unsere Strategic Product Group Balances suchen wir ab sofort für ca. 8-12 Monate eine engagierte Person für ein Praktikum im Bereich Produkt Management & Marketing mit 50 – 100% Pensum.
Dich erwartet ein abwechslungsreiches und internationales Arbeitsumfeld mit teamübergreifender Zusammenarbeit am Campus Greifensee sowie Austausch mit globalen Verkaufs- und Entwicklungsorganisationen. Dabei erweiterst Du deine fachlichen Fähigkeiten und Soft Skills durch den Austausch mit internationalen Teams sowie dem Zugang zu lehrreichen Workshops und Trainings.
Deine Arbeitszeit und das Arbeitspensum kannst du dabei flexibel gestalten und hast zudem die Möglichkeit, nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung eigenständig kleine Projekte zu übernehmen.
In dieser Funktion unterstützt du das Produkt Management Team bei diversen Projekten und Tätigkeiten:
- Marketing, z.B. Erstellung von Marketing- und Verkaufsdokumenten inkl. Marketingvideos
- Produktentwicklungen, z.B. Akzeptanztesting von Instrumenten
- Durchführung von Marktstudien und dessen Potential, Wettbewerbsanalysen und Identifikation von Marketingschwerpunkte
- Kundenanalysen mit Fokus auf Kaufverhalten und Informationsbeschaffung
- Planung und Durchführung von Workshops, Webinars und Seminars
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Produktliniendokumenten sowie der Website
- Unterstützung der Produktmanager bei administrativen Tätigkeiten wie dem Erstellen von Reports und der Datenanalyse und -pflege
Folgende Anforderungen stellen wir an diese Position:
- Im Master- oder Bachelorstudium im Bereich der Naturwissenschaften, Umweltwissenschaften, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Interesse für Produkt Management und/oder Marketing sowie technische Affinität
- Hohe Selbständigkeit und Flexibilität
- Zuverlässig mit hohem Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
