- Edit high-quality videos and animations, including implementing music and voice-overs, ensuring professional, timely execution and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Video Manager and proactively communicate with internal teams on video creation status.
- Apply voice-over tools to enhance video production.
- Manage international stock photo, video, and sound libraries while ensuring compliance with copyright laws and internal brand guidelines.
- Edit and publish content for the company YouTube channel, including thumbnails, titles, and descriptions.
- Upload content to internal platforms (e.g., Klyck, PicturePark).
- Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and brand consistency are met across all multimedia projects.
- Continuously explore new technologies and creative approaches to elevate our multimedia output.
- Occasionally support Video Manager in video shoots for larger projects on site in Switzerland.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Video Editor, Multimedia Specialist, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing.
- Demonstrated experience in in 2D and 3D animation and color grading.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the area of multimedia design, animation, film production, communication or related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including:
- Video editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects
- Graphic design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- MS Office and other relevant tools.
- Animation/Motion graphics: Adobe After Effects, Blender.
- Experience managing international stock libraries (e.g., Adobe, iStock, Soundstripe) and strong understanding of licensing/copyright.
- Very good command of English.
- Knowledge of AI tools for voice-overs, avatars, and automation in video production.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with an eye for detail, design, and aesthetics.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Effective communicator and team player in an international environment.
- Creative (within the corporate design guidelines), proactive mindset with a passion for innovation in multimedia.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 5% is required).
