Digital Business Services (DBS) is a business-focused digitalization organization, dedicated to creating value, supporting productivity, growth, and enhancing customer experience through digital solutions and harmonization of processes and systems. We cover a wide range of topics from application, infrastructure, data, reporting, as well as project management, such as M365 implementations and infrastructure upgrades.

For the DBS Digital Talent Program, we seek talented individuals who are passionate about growth, innovation, and making a meaningful impact in a digitally evolving world.

The 18-month rotational program offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to Digital Business Services and various Business Units. You will take on impactful responsibilities, gaining a holistic understanding of our business while receiving guidance from both local and global leaders.

Throughout the program, you'll expand your knowledge and network within METTLER TOLEDO, working on strategic initiatives that deepen your business acumen and sharpen your ability to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions.

What You Need to Succeed


  • A Master’s degree, preferably in Informatics, STEM fields, or related disciplines.
  • Internship or practical experiences in digital domain
  • A genuine passion for technology, digital innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong learning agility paired with a results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
  • Resilience, dedication, and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve goals.
  • Openness to diverse cultures, perspectives, and change, combined with strong adaptability and cultural awareness to thrive in dynamic, global environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and multicultural teams.


Program Journey


Starting on 01.07.2026, you will complete six three-month assignments: four within Digital Business Services and two within other key areas such as Strategic Business Units (e.g. Product Management) or Sales and Market Organizations. One assignment will be international, offering the chance to learn cross-culturally, and build an international professional network within METTLER TOLEDO.

Assignments are tailored to your interests, skills, and business needs, ensuring you make a meaningful impact while advancing your professional development.

Throughout the program, you will be paired with a mentor from a different geographic region to provide guidance and support. You will also engage deeply with our "One Team" culture, collaborating across business units to foster innovation and teamwork.
