Key Responsibilities: 
  • Manage HR operations to align with global standards, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and organizational effectiveness. This includes handling complex documentation, data analysis, and database management. 
  • Lead a wide range of HR functions such as recruitment, hiring, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, engagement, and training, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You'll support benefit and compensation programs, manage leave of absences and workers' compensation cases, and ensure compliance with safety standards through active participation in safety committees. 
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders and employees to understand their needs and proactively support cultural shifts necessary for adapting to market changes. 
  • Coach leaders continuously to improve performance management, provide timely feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and development. 
  • Identify and retain top talent to address critical business challenges, working closely with Talent Acquisition to make strategic staffing decisions that serve long-term goals. 
  • Oversee onboarding programs that effectively integrate new hires, promote company culture, and encourage early engagement; contribute to team-building initiatives and a positive workplace environment. 
  • Coordinate key annual HR activities, including performance reviews, compensation evaluations, and bonus administration, as well as payroll and commission processing. 
  • Drive employee engagement through effective communication and programs, and act as the main contact for resolving employee relations issues as well as maintaining detail records of employees skills, strengths and development areas to support enhanced performance and succession planning 
  • Assist with government compliance, audits, and complaints, and support training initiatives by organizing relevant sessions and maximizing the use of learning management systems.
  • Assume additional responsibilities aligned with the HRBP role

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a closely related field, required. HR certification would be a plus.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources positions. 
  • Demonstrated business acumen with strong skills in data analytics and proficiency in generating and interpreting reports to drive informed decision-making and support business objectives. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office/M365, which includes Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. 
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, and consulting skills. 
  • Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate and partner at all levels across the organization as well as work well under pressure and be flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations. 
  • Experience and expertise in WORKDAY HRIS Systems is preferred. 
  • Experience with field service and non-exempt employee populations preferred.
