Based in the South East, we are looking for a Field Sales Specialist to drive sales and strategic account management for our market-leading Analytical and Laboratory Weighing product portfolio. This field-based role focuses on driving growth within an established customer base whilst proactively capturing new, high-potential business opportunities.
Territory & Sales Growth: Drive sales and expansion within defined Strategic Business Units (SBUs). You will proactively target high-potential accounts, utilising market intelligence to develop and execute winning account penetration strategies.
Commercial Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by maximising sales force efficiency and territory coverage.
Relationship Management: Cultivate, win, and maintain robust business relationships with key accounts, prospects, and internal cross-functional teams.
Customer Value Creation: Deliver exceptional value to your network through collaborative joint site visits, technical seminars, and tailored customer events.
Digital Excellence: Fully integrate and utilise advanced sales tools, including CRM and SET platforms, to optimise the sales pipeline and track strategic goals.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree within a chemistry-based specialty.
- Proven field sales experience within the UK laboratory market.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and highly confident, with a genuine interest and enthusiasm for the role.
- A strong, proven dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong work-life balance with 25 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 29 days.
