Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

s and responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

-Collaborate closely with HRBPs to align recruitment efforts with business strategies.

- Maintain and update the Hiring Tracker to ensure accurate tracking of candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide regular status updates to stakeholders/HRBP's.

2. Hiring tools and technology

Leverage the Avature portal to manage hiring and candidate applications, and maintain up-to-date records of recruitment progress.

Ensure effective use of the portal to streamline hiring processes

Sourcing Candidates

- Utilize LinkedIn, Naukri, and other professional networks to source excellent candidates.

- Conduct proactive outreach and searches to attract top talent.

- Find and Engage Hard-to-Reach Talent

- Enable a Diversity Strategy and Ensure Diverse Talent Pools - TA COE

- Build and Maintain Healthy Pipelines of Engaged Talent

3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs, organizational culture, and skill requirements for open positions.

- Provide strategic support and insights throughout the hiring process to ensure alignment with unit objectives.

4. Collaboration with Consultant, Institutes

- Establish and strengthen relationships with universities, colleges, and vocational institutions for internship and entry-level recruitment opportunities

5. Communications Strategy

- Create and execute a communications plan that effectively for IJP announcements through various channels, ensuring maximum visibility among internal candidates.

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate or PG with 1-2 years of experience
Experience of hiring tech roles and GCC experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills
